  The tunnels are unique in being so close together. Nice walk through a part of history. Short and easy trail from the parking lot. We went early Saturday morning and had the trail to ourselves. Don't forget some sort of flashlight. Parts are pretty dark without a light. Nice views of the river also.

  Very impressive tunnels, and also a wonderful story behind them. Well worth the almost 2 hour drive from Vancouver. Went there on Civic Holiday (Aug. 1) 2016 with my family, everyone enjoyed the trip. We arrived around 7:30-8:00 PM, so there were few people and the area was quite tranquil. I suggest going quite early or quite late in the day to avoid the large crowds. The picture was taken from the inside of a tunnel, I forgot which one.

  Very unique and beautiful park. The tunnels are dark, damp, and exciting. As you walk through them and exit into wide, rocky openings, you hear the thunderous water cascading below you. Easily accessable for those who are physically disabled.

  My review is for the Rambo: First Blood enthusiast. The cliff in which Rambo stares up and yells "I didn't do anything" is easily spotted along the path and you can stand practically where he stood. Hard to miss. The park itself offered a relaxing walk along the river and through tunnels in the mountainside.
